Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
The return request must be initiated within 60 days from the date of purchase.
Customized or personalized items are exempt from our return policy and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@loveangelcollections.com or call 1-800-555-1234. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization code (RAC).
Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation inside the package.
Affix the provided return label, which will be included with your return authorization code, to the outside of the package.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged or defective product), Love Angel Collections will cover the return shipping expenses.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your return. Love Angel Collections is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
Refund or Exchange:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
If you prefer an exchange, please let us know when initiating the return process, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product and its packaging. We will replace the item or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.
