For "Low Heat" : Press the "SET" button once, you will see the Indicator light above the "FOOT" flash slowly on the remote.
For "Medium Heat" : Press the "SET" button twice continuously, and you will see see the Indicator light above the "FOOT" flash quickly on the remote.
For "High Heat" : Press the button three times continuously, and you will see the Indicator light above the "FOOT" staying on the remote.
