  How do I care for my products?  
 
  At O&B we believe in making our products as care free as possible! Our dinnerware is dishwasher safe and microwave safe, just be careful when removing in case it is hot. Our glassware and flatware are also dishwasher safe. Lastly our table linens are all natural fibers and they are machine wash and tumble dry. Please see our other FAQ's for tips on how to keep your items looking their best!  
 
 
 
  Are your products safe?  
 
  Yes, all of our products are made from natural materials like stoneware, porcelain, cotton. lead-free glass and food- grade stainless steel. We do not use any PFA chemical coatings. All of our items are food safe and pass all state and US government requirements.  
 
 
 
  Are your products quality?  
 
  Our aim is to make sure that you are investing in quality products. We know we are not the cheapest out there and there's a reason for that. Better materials and more expertise in manufacturing can mean slightly higher prices. Our items are all produced using natural materials like cotton, stoneware and lead-free glass. We know our products are an investment and we want our products to last for years and with a little care they will!  
 
 
 
  I've never heard of over&back  
 
  We understand there are many choices out there, but we believe we are one of the few brands that have developed a fully coordinated collection across all tabletop categories with color and mixability in mind. All of our products are made exclusively for us, adhering to our exact specifications and color standards, ensuring seamless coordination. We are here to stay, committed to making setting your table easier and more beautiful.  
 
 
 
  Are these dishwasher safe?  
 
  Yes, but always avoid over stacking so that they do not rub up against each other.  
 
 
 
  Should I wash before using?  
 
  Yes, our products are world travelers and they have traveled a ways. Please wash before you use them!  
 
 
 
  What about chemicals?  
 
  We strive to make all our products as safe as possible, because we use them too! All our dinnerware and glassware are tested by third party accredited laboratories and pass all federal and state requirements for chemicals. In fact, California Prop 65 is even more restrictive about lead levels and chemicals that the US government. We are happy to report that all our products pass. We want you to use these products for years to come and your safety is important to us.  
 
 
 
  Will they scratch?  
 
  Our glazes are very durable so they are unlikely to scratch. However, residue left from your flatware can scuff the plates and leave grey lines that you may think are scratches, but they aren't. So if you see what looks like a scuff (grey lines) making a paste from baking soda and water (or whitening toothpaste works!) and just buff out the scratch with a scratch free sponge. Another great option that works extremely well is Bar Keeper's Friend, the powdered version.  
 
 
 
  Can I put in the oven?  
 
  Our dinnerware and serveware is not meant for oven use (baking or cooking). However, if you want to warm your plates or serveware they are safe up to 250 degrees. Please be careful when removing as they wi
